We recently had the opportunity to photograph a maternity session in Spring Branch, Texas that really stood out. This sweet family is getting ready to welcome their second child—a baby girl—after nine years of raising their son. It’s a big moment for them, and you could sense the mix of joy, nerves, and excitement as they prepare to grow their family.

The session took place on a calm spring morning by the river, and the setting was perfect—peaceful, quiet, and just the right amount of sunshine.
